API keys are deliberately never included in the export, so backups can live anywhere without becoming a security liability.
What's inside the zip
- The whole CRM — all leads, stages, scores, reasoning, budgets, notes, and follow-up history.
- Settings & profiles — portfolios, rate cards, wins, goals — everything that makes a new install feel like home.
- Logs & cache — diagnostics history and Self-Healing logs, useful when emailing support about an issue.
- Not included: keys — Provider keys are per-request and never stored server-side long-term — so they're never in an export either. Re-add them after importing elsewhere.
Migration in two clicks
Log in with Whop on any device, choose Import Workspace, point at the zip, re-enter any provider keys if you use them — done. Your pipeline picks up exactly where it left off, including every historical score that makes your Insights meaningful.
